Located in the center of Downtown Spokane, a defunct and forgotten five story building has been given new life. 

The Roxy is an adaptive reuse project that required careful planning around existing structural grids, window locations, and building cores to create efficient residential units. The resulting design pumped new life into the building and downtown core, offering 21 short and long term rental units. A hip urban design aesthetic provides a modern basecamp for visitors and renters, with exposed steel trusses and pops of color. By creatively converting an old office building into short and long term residential rentals, Project investors have earned an above market return on investment.
