Located in the revitalized West End of Downtown Spokane, Lolo Lofts is a historic rehabilitation of a 1926 automotive shop and warehouse, into 11 apartments and ground floor commercial space. The design is inspired by the historic steel windows and heavy timber bow-string trusses, resulting in a true loft configuration, with an elevated sleeping area and 12’ high ceilings. The design includes modern amenities combined with exposed brick walls, steel stairs, and exposed timber framing. The Project leased quickly, with investor returns exceeding underwriting projections.
